I received dates for last year sept to nov but when i go to collect my money it says i must reregister.
Yet i got my money for sept, but now its difficult to get Oct and Nov.

With pending payments, SASSA says they’re working on processing all. Again, the srd website is probably facing some errors and has caused many to be unable to execute some processes. You should keep on trying to reinstate your grant.
You can change your browser too and see if it goes through.

The approval of the re-application has raised many concerns. Although, SASSA has not made any public statement as to why some applications are still pending after reapplying. But we all know that SASSA has to verify all the information and documents you provided in the application process.

Once SASSA verifies that information, you’ll get approved if you met the R350 requirements. In the meantime, you can contact SASSA via any of these SASSA Contact Details to make inquiries.

SASSA will only pay for the months that you were approved for the grant. So, you’ll not get paid for the previous months if you were not approved for payment for those months.

Yes, SASSA has asked all R350 grant beneficiaries to reapply. This comes according to the extension of the grant until March 2023. You, therefore, need to reapply if you want to keep getting R350 from SASSA SRD.

Pending means, SASSA has not processed your srd application yet. There’s nothing to worry about. According to SASSA, they’re still processing lots of pending SASSA R350 grant applications.

Nothing is happening except that SASSA has not processed your application yet. If your information and documents are correct, then SASSA will verify them and approve your application for the R350 grant payment.

First, we suggest you change the browser you’re using for the reapplication and try. If the problem still exists, then it could be a technical issue on the SASSA website and you can only keep trying.

However, if the system gives you any reason as to why the page closes when you try to reapply, you can let us know the specifics so that we can suggest a more specific solution.

Reply
Universityonlineapplication April 25, 2022 - 9:34 am

This is an issue that could be a result of too many people trying to access the website to reapply. Again, we suggest that you make sure all your information is correct and current and that SASSA can verify it in the Department of Home Affairs database.
Aside from this, we suggest that you keep trying to submit your application.

Also note that, if you are a beneficiary already, SASSA knows your information. The reapplication is just another step to make things easy for SASSA to verify your details again as a result of the amendment and the extension of the grant to 2023.

This could be a problem in the SASSA system or from the website itself. However, you should make sure the phone number and the ID you use are in your daughter’s name and they can be verified in the Department of Home Affairs database.

Also, it may be because a lot of people are trying to submit their applications and so the issue.

Other than this, you should keep trying to apply.

The only means NSFAS will cancel your funding is when you fail to meet the academic performance requirement of passing at least 50% of your modules and also when you take a gap year.

If you have not defaulted on these two reasons, then we suggest that you make an inquiry from the Financial Aid Office of your institution or contact NSFAS to make an inquiry. Use these contacts NSFAS Contact Details
