My reconsideration applications for 2021 has been approve for like 4 months but no months written no date it just says approved I must be patient and wait for dates what must I do?
For now, there’s nothing you can do from your side. Unless you try to make an inquiry from SASSA office regarding your long awaiting payment.
Also, according to SASSA, they’re still processing lots of pending payments. Again, we advise that you make sure you have submitted your banking details to SASSA.
I applied for srd 350 from last year it says decline because of source of income identified and yet um not receiving any income but I did appeal it still pending what must I do
All pending appeals will be processed before the end of June according to SASSA. We suggest you exercise a little patience for a while.
I did appeal because i got rejected reason was source of income which is im not working i dont have any income but when i appeal at the end where i enter my personal information and give instructions to verify it says i already active is it ok nah!
This is not how the application works. It’s not okay. There might be a system hiccup in their website.
My application has been pending since August last year and January it states that it has been verified but it’s still pending no payment

I do not understand why the MEANS TEST conducted by SASSA specifically focuses more on banking details to prove my unemployment. What is the news regarding PREVIOUSLY registered NSFAS students? Yes, you’re not qualified for SASSA R350 grant if you are receiving NSFAS funding. One of the requirements for SRD is that you do not have any other source of funding or income.

Hi. During the first SRD I had 3 months Febuary, March and April that I applied for reconsideration which was approved and paid in July ( R350 x 3 = R1050) When I applied for the Grant during the 2nd cycle it was approved but then later it was declined with reason ” alternative source of income identified. SASSA picked there own late payment from the 1st cycle as a source of income. There has been no payment from anyone besides SASSA into my bank account. My reconsideration is still pending for last year 2nd cycle August, September, October and November but they started paying from December until noww
SASSA is making effective changes with the SRD R350 grant after they amended the grant which demands that, all beneficiaries must reapply for the Grant.

I reapplied for April as sassa has advised and April showed ‘pending’ since then, now May does not appear until now, what does all this delay mean? Please let me know I really need my R350 as I am not working.
There’s no explanation from SASSA as to the delays. However, we all know some processing of applications delays anyways. Just be patient. Once you have reapplied, SASSA will verify your information and possibly approve you for the R350 and pay your previous money.

My application was approved then later I got hot SMS that says I declined because of other source of income yet I don’t have income or uif.

It seems as if this reconsideration thing is not responded to we are just wasting our time because you can not take five months to respond to something that will last for Only one year.
I appealed last for September, October & November still as yet on pending since then. I am getting paid since December till now but why are those months still pending SINCE last year
