I have no alternative income but the month on July was declined with source of income identified. Yet the only amount that shows was the Sassa Srd for the month of May that was only paid in July. Basically I’m being declined for receiving the grant. Confused.

This is quite unfortunate. You should appeal for the declined month(s).

You should always make sure that you do not receive any source of income into your account that is more than the SASSA threshold. To SASSA, they cannot verify if the money is your own or not.

Again, you will have to appeal the month you’re declined.

Once you’re declined, the best option is to appeal to SASSA for reconsideration. They will know you don’t have other sources of income and will approve your R350 grant.
