My funding was unsuccessful due to n+2rule however it was my first time to apply for NSFAS (of which, before, I was a self funded person from 2014 to 2019.i was accepted on foundation phase for llb) and I was accademic excluded on 2020, I wrote an appeal and It was lifted, i a registered student for 2022. On my appeal what documents do I need to convince NSFAS otherwise.

If it’s your first time applying for NSFAS, you should add your institution registration documents to proof you’ve not been funded e by Nsfas.
But nsfas counts the first year you registered at an institution when applying the N+rules and not when they started funding you.

This is outrages I get distinctions for 4 of my 5 subjects so you wasted money funding me for 2 years in the middle of my degree
