Greetings.
I changed my numbers on MyNsfas portal and that has resulted in the delay of my allowance. I have not received allowance for the past 5 months and when I called NSFAS, they also updated my contact details. The issue here is Celbux. Celbux has not updated my details hence I haven’t received my allowance.
When does the Celbux verify the details so that the allowance can be released?
Once NSFAS has updated your contact details, Celbux should have done the same long ago.
