Good afternoon
My dad past on last year July and use to work
In South Africa before he went to work in Saudi Arabia.
He came back in 2018,so is it possible to claim he’s UIF for all the years he worked in South Africa???

Unfortunately, you have six (6) months to claim UIF after you’re laid off and become unemployed.

Good day , my contract were terminated by my employer, I received a ui19 form aslo stated that my contract were terminated , when I applied for uif benefits it shows on the system that I have resigned, and I don’t qualify for uif benefits, the company say they can’t fixed it, or change it .What do I do now

Yes, with UIF, you do not get your benefit when you resign from your employment. It is quite unfortunate that there’s nothing that you can do. We advise that you apply for SASSA SRD R350 Grant instead.
