I was receiving sassa grant and just stopped last year im unemployed with 5 kids to support
How is it possible that December 2021 through to Feb 2022 shows approved but do not have a payment date till now. March 2022 was paid only now in May 2022.
According to SASSA, they are working on processing all approved but unpaid SRD R350 grants.
My my may declined and the reason says other alternative source income while I’m not working I don’t have other alternatives source income, I don’t understand which income I have
Once your SRD grant is declined, the only option is to appeal.SASSA will process your R350 application information again and know that you don’t have other alternative sources of income.
Also, make sure you do not receive an amount of more than R350 in your bank account. It doesn’t matter whether it’s your own or you received it on someone’s behalf.
When SASSA sees that there’s money flowing through your account, they consider it as alternative source of income.
