I have been sending emails to Sassa throughout the year 2022 enquiring about outstanding payments for 9 months where it stated “Alternative Source of income” and no one has responded. I took the liberty of attaching my bank statement for the period where payments were withheld and the person’s manning that account do not seem to be interested in doing the job they applied for or they don’t have the knowledge required to assist and are not willing to source it. Kindly advise an alternative email address for escalation.
