My reapplication was done in April 2022, the status shows “April – pending” now we finishing the first week of May and it didn’t pay for April and not showing May, Why?

Unless your reapplication is approved, you’ll not get paid for the R350. Again, make sure all the information you provided during the application process can be verified by the Department of Home Affairs.
