1. Go to ienabelerprod.vut.ac.za
2. Insert your student number and 5 digit pin and click on the login
3. Select Academic Registration
4. Click on the Academic Admission Status
5. Click on Registration Restrictions
6. Click on Rules and Regulations and accept them
7. Add your subjects to the registration and click on save and continue
8. Click on proof of registration and save/download your proof
9. Save/print your class timetable

VUT Online Registration Dates For 2023

Registration for first-time entrance starts on Monday, 23 January 2023.

Senior Students will register from 19 January 2023.

First Year (Current Matric Learners awaiting final results) registration is from 25 – 30 January 2023

VUT Registration Guide For First Year Students

1. Registrations for first time entering students start on Monday, 23 January 2023.
2. All registrations will be done online via the VUT iEnabler to process your registration.
3. Be reminded that registration is and will always be on a first-come, first-served basis.
   Spaces are limited to the quota set per programme.
4. Application outcomes are still being evaluated. These are updated on a regular basis.
5. Applicants should access the VUT self-check portal to view the status of their applications.
6. SMS messages are regularly sent to successful applicants.

The University will open late applications where programs have not yet met the required quotas, from 25 January 2023 until 29 January 2023.

These online applications will be opened for all qualifying students in the following Faculties, Departments, and available programmes:

3.1.Faculty of Applied and Computer Sciences: All programmes excluding Bachelor of Health Science.

3.2.Faculty of Engineering: All Departments and programmes.
3.3.Human Sciences: All programmes in the Visual Arts Department (Fine Art, Graphic Design, Fashion, and Photography).
3.4.Management Sciences: All Accountancy Department programmes (Financial Information Systems, Cost and Management Accounting, Internal Auditing) only

4. Engineering applicants:

4.1.Late applications will be open only for mainstream programmes. Applicants will be evaluated for the admission requirements set by the institution, and where applicants do not meet the minimum admission requirements, these will automatically be evaluated for admission into the extended programmes.

4.2.Electrical Engineering applications:

The University will, in addition to the approved minimum admission requirements, consider applications for the Diploma in Electrical Engineering for applicants who have the required minimum achievement level in Technical Mathematics and Technical Science.

Please note that this consideration will apply to the Diploma in Electrical Engineering only.

The University requests that all late applicants review the minimum admission requirements and apply only to programmes where they meet the minimum admission.

Students are to make payments at any ABSA branch or any ABSA ATM.

Also, you are to start the registration process at lease 24 hours after you have paid your registration fee.

Additionally, students who are confirmed to be funded by National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) or other sponsored funding will not be required to pay the registration fees.
