You don’t necessarily have to reapply if you’ve lost your student number because you can recover your UJ student number in with few steps.
Follow these steps
1. Go to http://www.uj.ac.za
2. Click on Study@UJ
3. Click on Check Your Status
4. Enter your ID Number (leave the student number since you forget it)
5. Enter the Recapture
6. Select the year of application
7. Click Search
