How much exactly the application fee for online application
Online application is free but the manual or hardcopy paper-based application fee is R120 for South Africans and R500 for international student applicants.

The North-West University website is not fully functioning well especially the application link on the site. However, we think the institute will notice it soon and fix the issue. So, you should keep trying.

Go here https://www.ufh.ac.za/apply/ to apply, click on the apply online and you’ll create your student number in the process. However, we think the application is currently on hold now. We are trying to make inquiries as to why those with no student number can’t apply.
Hi, I am also experiencing an issue with the academic year on the website, it only shows 2021 academic year. There is no 2022 nor 2023. I have proceeded to apply and on the student portal it shows that I applied for 2021 academic year and my student number starts with 2021. How do I fix it?

First, if you have already applied, and received a student number but can’t remember it, go to http://www.ienabler.ufh.ac.za to log into your student portal account. There, click on “Forgot Student Number” You’ll be asked to enter your Identification type and ID number. Follow the prompt to recover your student number.
Once you’re able to log into your account, you can go through the application process to upload your documents. Or you can submit your documents in hand at any of the admission offices at Alice or East London campuses.
Again, remember to use the email you can access and your current cell phone number so that UFH can contact you in case there’s the need to.

If there’s no option to choose the year for 2022 or 2023, we suggest you send an email to UFH for them to assist you. It could be a system error on the website.
