Stellenbosch University Application Requirements for South African Citizens

1. An email address
2. A cell phone number
3. A copy of your identification document (ID)
4. Certified copies of your Grade 11 or Grade 12 exams results.

Stellenbosch University Application Requirements For International Students

1. A working passport of the home country
2. A South African student medical test
3. Proficiency in the English Language
4. A copy of your certificate equivalent of SA Grade 12 or higher.

How To Apply At Stellenbosch University

3. Create a Profile (first-time applicants) or Login if you already have a profile

Applications at SU open from 6 April 2022. Prospective applicants who are interested in study admission at Stellenbsoch University can only apply when the application portal is opened.

Stellenbosch University Online Application Closing Date

Applications at SU close on 31 July 2022. Prospective applicants who are interested in study admission at Stellenbosch University must apply before the deadline.

• Application for all undergraduate programms opens on 6 April  and closes on 31 July
• Application for all postgraduate programms opens on 1 June
• Application for financial assistance opens from 3 May and closes on 31 August
• Application for Diploma in Public Accountability closes on 15 December
• Application for Residence Accommodation closes on 31 July

Stellenbosch University Application Fee

Applicants applying for study admission will pay a non-refundable fee of R100. This fee does not apply to International Student Applicants and applicants for Stellenbosch University Business School (USB).
