This means applicants will no longer be considered for the SASSA SRD grant on the income of R350 but R624.
The increase of the SASSA SRD test income threshold from R350 to R624 came as a result of the recently amended Covid-19 SRD regulation.
According to SASSA, they want to approve more applicants to benefit from the R350 grant.
Again, the increase of the SRD R350 grant means test income threshold from R350 to R624 will allow applicants who have an inflow of funds in their bank accounts of less than R624 to qualify for the grant.

How and where to reconfirm AUG and SEP? When does the payment take place for Aug and Sep? I am approved for these two previous months, October still pending. Please advise.
