When SASSA declines your SRD grant, they give you a reason of the decline. Also, once your grant is declined, the only option for you is to appeal. So, you should appeal all the months that you were declined.

This could be a problem with the srd website. If the problem is not being able to complete the update, you should try doing it with a different browser. You can use the Google Chrome browser.

First, SASSA says there have been lots of srd applications that are approved but payments have not been made yet. So, this could be the reason. However, to make sure SASSA has paid you, you should check your SMS to see if you have received the payment date before you can go to withdraw your R350.

Second, it could be that SASSA has paid you but there is currently a technical issues in the withdrawal process and SASSA says they’re working on it.
