- Proof of household income (your parent or guardian if applicable)
- Applicants with Disability must submit a Disability Annexure Form
- Non-SASSA applicants will provide copies of their parent’s ID or Spouse or Legal Guadian
- Applicants recognized as Vulnerable Children by the Department of Social Development will need to provide a signed Vulnerable Child Declaration Form

I failed one semester in my final year and have not failed any other year – so I have not exceeded the N+2 rule and have passed more than 50% of my modules. What are the chances of continued funding? Also NSFAS paid for my private accommodation before will they pay for all 10 months even though its only a semester module.
