I can’t find the application form to write my details to reconfirm
You don’t need a form. You can reinstate your R350 grant online. Just follow the steps as shown in the article to reconfirm your srd grant. You’ll receive an SMS with a link on your cell phone number, open the link to complete the process.

Firstly, once your SASSA R350 grant application is declined for a particular month, the only option is to appeal. So, we advise that you appeal all your declined months as soon as possible.
