Hi i have been approved since February and I applied with my capitec account but still till now no R350 payments in my account and I am even failing to change my payment to shops like picknpay or boxer can I please get help on what to do
After you have submitted your banking details to SASSA, they will first verify and approve your details before they make payment into it.
Again, SASSA advises that R350 beneficiaries should not change their payment method frequently. So, you should not try to switch to other payment methods but wait to till your bank account details are approved.
Also, since your situation has taken longer, I advice that you go to the nearest SASSA Office to make enquiries.
Hi I have been approved since September already and still no date
But I got approved and a date for November . I wanna know if all months will be given when I collect November ?
You will only get the months of which you had your payment date sent to you via SMS.

It could be that SASSA has not processed your payment yet. First, make sure you have selected a payment method. If it’s a bank, make sure you have provided your bank account to SASSA.
My R350 gets paid into my bank account, can I also collect my R350 at the other pay points other then my bank account??

However, if you choose the Post Office payment, you can collect your R350 at all merchant stores like Boxer, Checkers, uSave, and supermarkets.

Good day. Please assist. My application was declined from 2019, although I am unemployed and not receiving any income or any social grant. Yes, you’ll be able to collect your R350 at retail stores once they’re paid and also all of the approved months. Although, SASSA may not pay them in bulk.
With the pending grants, SASSA says they’re still processing all pending applications and payments and will finish in July. So, let’s hope they do pay as they’ve said.
hello I HAVE BEEN APROVED FOR JUNE BUT STIL WAITING FOR PAYMENTS DATES ND APRIL DECLINED ….ALTERNATIVE SOURCE OF INCOME THAT I DNT RECEIVE…WAT TO DO?
First, SASSA says they’re processing all pending payments and will pay before July ends.
Seconde, once your SRD grant is declined, the only option left is to appeal. We strongly advise that you submit your appeal for April as soon as possible.

First, yes, there are lots of R350 grants still pending and SASSA says they’re processing them. So, there’s nothing to worry about your pending applications.

I cant get sms from pick n pay when I m going to collect my 350 I don’t know why, please help
This may be a technical hiccup in the SASSA system. We suggest that in such case, you call SASSA on the toll-free number 0800 601 011.
Hi I can’t seem to change my payment method on the srd site so that I can collect at a PICK N’ PAY etc and I have a payment date . WHAT DO I DO ???? NEED HELP PLEASE ASAP!!!!
On the site, enter your 13-digit ID number in the space under “How do I change my banking details” and follow the prompt that SASSA will send you via SMS.
Again, you’ll need the cellphone number you used to apply for SASSA in order to complete changing your payment method.
Why is my sassa grant still pending?
First, your SASSA grant is pending because SASSA has not processed your application yet.
Second, there’s nothing to worry about if you provided the accurate information and all documents required. SASSA says all pending applications will be processed by the end of June.
What must I do to get my 350 on shops
Just go to the merchant shop, it could be Boxer, Checkers, USave, etc. You’ll need your ID and payment date. An assistant will help you to generate a pin for you at the shop and you can withdraw your R350.
What if i applied with my new simcard number because i lost my phone i reaplied with my new number 0660582478
To change your contact, you’ll need to call SASSA so that they do it directly from their database. Then SASSA will update your contact details.
However, if you’re able to do the reapplication with the new SIM number and you have not received any notification from SASSA concerning your contact details, then you should wait for SASSA to process your reapplication.
