I have approved payments since August 2022 to March 2023 but still no pay date on the SRD website. I have opened up a bank account and submitted my details but still haven’t recieved any payments. Nothing on the SRD system shows my banking details are being verified or even approved yet. Please assist
The reason you have not received a payment date is that your bank details have not been verified yet. Once they are verified, you’ll get a pay date to collect your grant.

Yes, submit your bank account for SASSA to verify and approve your account details so that they pay your R350 directly into your bank account.
My sassa 350 is approved but no pay date why?
Yes, SASSA says they’re still processing all pending payments. Again, before you get your pay date, SASSA has to review and verify your payment details.
So, you should submit your bank account details for verification. If you had already, there’s nothing to worry about. SASSA will process it and give you payment date.
I have a problem my 350 for June and April are approved n have a date but when I go to ShopRite n withdraw it they are telling me that it’s decline n also my number are not registered
First, SASSA has explained why approved R350 grant with payment date gets declined later. You should read Why Is My Approved SASSA R350 Declined for details.

Want to check if my banking details are correct but evertime I try to check it says already requested in past 24 hours and it’s been a week saying that
Yes, you can only check and or request an update of your payment details once every 24 hours. So, if you have tried earlier, you’ll have to wait for 24 hours before you can try to check again.
I have six approved srd but no pay date
First, before SASSA sends you the payment date, they will try to verify and approve your payment details to check if it matches what they have in their system. So, we advise that you provide all the required payment details that are accurate for SASSA to easily verify and approve.
Second, if you have done the first part, then there’s nothing to worry about. According to SASSA, there are lots of SRD R350 payments still pending and they’re processing all payments and will pay in July. So, let’s hope they do pay as they’ve said.
Is not my bank account
You must use your own bank account. SASSA will try to verify your bank details to check if they match your details in their system. If they don’t, they will not approve your payment.

Why my 350 decline cz no in come
SASSA usually give the reason for their decision to decline your R350 grant. You’ll see it when you check your status. Again, once your grant is declined, the only option is to appeal for reconsideration.
If the reason is alternative source of income identified, we do suggest you read What Does SASSA SRD Alternative Income Source Identified Decline Status Mean?

I don’t get R350 I don’t know why I just need help
If your grant is declined, you can only appeal for reconsideration. If your applications are pending, SASSA will process and pay them.
