They sent an SMS saying I should create a ewallet pin due to network problems I did it so many times until they locked it..note that I haven’t created a password I was in a process of creating it…what do I do?
If the methods in this post are not working, it could be that there’s a technical hiccup in the NSFAS system. Again, you should try to start the process again to create the NSFAS e-wallet and see if it will go through.
I used my previous password to log in and it was saying is invalid. I blocked it trying to put the password I know I used last semesters but continued to say invalid and now I can’t get into my wallet.
i tried nsfas chat to unlock wallet but it keeps saying the opt code is incorrect
