I submitted documents for my appeal and they rejected my appeal saying I’ve send incorrect documents but I’ve send them what was requested please investigate

This is quite technical you should either call NSFAS via 08000 67327 (Toll-free), 021 763 3200, and or email info@nsfas.org.za for assistance.

my account doesn’t allow me to log in since I submitted declaration form signed by me and Social worker and I did received no sms confirming my submission and today I decided to chat with nsfas on tweeter asking my status. The answer said is rejected due to missing documents and ask them to check if what are those missing documents but no answer until now.

Unless you get to know the particular documents they claim are missing, it will be difficult to know what to do exactly. We assume you have submitted all the required documents you should. If so we advise that you keep contacting NSFAS for an explanation and for them to assist you to fix the issue.
