My mother didn’t receive a payment of this month. It a child support grant. We need to know what she can do the money is for bus fair please help
First, she should check if she was approved for payment. If she was, then SASSA says they’re still processing lots of pending payments.
Second, she can go to the nearest SASSA branch and make inquiries about her Child support grant.
How long does the application be active online
As long as SASSA has not finished processing your R350 application yet. We do recommend that you read What Does SASSA R350 Grant Active Status Mean? for more detailed information.
